Stereo is what you would expect from pioneer and does everything it is supposed to do. I have had it fitted into an 08 plate alfa romeo gt. You must source the right wiring loom for your car as this will not work properly without it. It was far from easy to source the loom for my car which i found disappointing.
You are told on the pioneer site that halfords are a direct dealer for pioneer but they can't get it. I managed to source one from france at £80 and another £30 for the facia (which halfords did have). The biggest let down about this unit is the satnav. It's so basic and you are supposed to feel grateful for a free years subscription to get camera poi's.
It is not pioneer's fault you might have a duff one now and then every item doe'syou don't have to taking it back if it doe's not work give them it back it is yourwright. I have had theses in my car's great. Some installer's don't fit them wrightie don't fit the speed pulse.

A decent 'handsfree kit' and a 'run of the mill ipod/iphone compatiblle stereo' will give you much better value for money and a lot less hassle to fit. I would certainly think twice before i bought another double din pioneer stereo from pioneer.
