Does not have maps update function..Not really person pleasant instructions..Also does not match nicely on the windscreen,falls down once again and once more specially whilst travelling its annoying and distracting..

Bad high quality product with no help

The computer software downloaded from the Tom Tom assist web site for the Tom Tom 20 is not suitable with home windows XP. A check on the different discussion boards indicated a lot of other end users have encountered this difficulty. No solutions look to be offered and it is not possible to get in touch with Tom Tom for assist, how am I supposed to improve and obtain other maps. Why do not manufacturers verify their goods before selling them? they should be aware of the issues but clearly can’t be bothered to rectify them.
