This unit works great but took a while to get set up as it had obviously been either tested and not reset or had been a previously returned unit. The vendor did their best to help but an online forum provided the answer eventually. It was just a case of deleting the previous set up info 'save folder' from the memory and starting again. I'm happy for the price but purchasers should be aware that the device is not listed in the navigation software's system so map updates are likely to be a problem.
