Not impressed. I purchased this item as a christmas present for my husband, when received we opened up the device. Everything was working perfect except the navigation app which is why the item was purchased in the first place, we needed that app. I then requested for the item to be returned, but the sender decided to email me instead to try and talk me through what to do, it still wasn't working and i asked again for it to be returned and i got no reply back. The sender did not send a return address so therefore had to request it and i'm still waiting.
£60 down the drainwould not recommend anyone to buy this item.

Slightly Disapointed. The sat nav in general is very good for the money. I was disappointed that the europeon function ie maps france, spain, portugal not working meaning that you cannot plan journeys outside of the uk. ( so if you are a major user of europe you would be better paying more for the (pro drive europe at £120)the lane function which should clearly show the lane to take, is very clear, and somewhat confusing, compared to my other sat nav which was stolen. The 4gb memory insuffient to load any music as memory seems to have been almost used with its operating system, meaning you need an mini sd card. ( again my stolen one had an 8gb memory, meaning i did not need to have to purchase any additional memory cards. However as said overall i am happy due to the price being half that of my stolen model (pro drive europe).
