' it would not work on my windows 7 or 8. 1. Laptops i tried using garmin support but none of their fixes worked. I finally watched a video on you tube which involved creating a temporary profile. The video lasts over 30 minutes. This method worked and installed garmin express with no problem! hopefully garmin will resolve this issue soon. I would have given the device 5 stars, if it wasn't for this software problem. .
